You may use Bloom for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app or its services.
Bloom offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions. Payments are processed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Subscription prices: Monthly at $4.99/month, Annual at $39.99/year ($3.33/month). Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
All content, branding, trademarks, and software related to Bloom are the property of Bloom and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without written permission.
Bloom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if these terms are violated.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
