How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Caught and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Caught → go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used to purchase.

Why am I not getting notifications?

Go to your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Caught → make sure notifications are enabled. Also check that notifications are turned on inside the Caught app settings.

Is my data stored in the cloud?

No. All check-in data is stored locally on your device only. We don't operate any servers that hold your personal data.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
